The "Design Alive" magazine has been participating in Gdynia Design Days with exhibitions, meetings and the House of Ideas series for many years. This year he will appear at the festival with Design Alive Talks. The editors invited both experienced designers, architects and scientists, as well as the young generation of designers to talk about designing the future, about the challenges faced by architecture and cities in the face of global changes, about ethics in design, and about continuous development.

The pandemic accelerated all change processes and presented us with new challenges. It made us design and build a new world based on a different definition of development. Maybe a new, post-pandemic trend of design will emerge from it, or maybe we will just return to the essence of design. We are afraid of this new reality, but we are also looking forward to it. We will want to talk about this and many other things during GDD – says Wojciech Trzcionka, editor-in-chief of Design Alive, who will lead Design Alive Talks.

Talk theme: When design is ethical – The essence of design – yesterday and today

The interview will be attended by: Bartosz Brylewski, product designer and Zuzanna Balicka, student of interior design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk

The series of meetings will be led by Wojciech Trzcionka, editor-in-chief of Design Alive.
