How to trust technology again in the era of media disinformation, fake news and hejt, we will learn during the lecture of prof. dr hab. Marcin Napiórkowski.

SF movies and series like "Black Mirror" have effectively cured us of technological optimism. Unfortunately, numerous studies by scientists confirm these disturbing scenarios. Social media increase social polarization, promote outrage, and facilitate the spread of misinformation. How do we rebuild faith in technology in this situation? How do we seek consent and build community in a world controlled by profit-driven algorithms? In this lecture, we'll look at some of the not-so-obvious clues that suggest the future doesn't have to be a dark one.
