He try hard to live his life on the edge and outside comfort zone. Because he believe that’s where you learn, grow and transcend. He practice outdoor sports, but do not excel in them. It's the connection to nature that fuels his passion.
Luckily, working at Patagonia allows him to do both. Patagonia’s way of doing business is outside of many companies' comfort zone, and yet the company keeps growing & transcending the status quo. As sales manager he contribute to Patagonia’s mission statement of saving our home planet by building a healthy business in new markets, while simultaneously empowering local communities to take action against the climate crisis and encouraging other companies to redefine their own business model. What's not too bad either, is that he is fortunate that my job takes me places where he can occasionally climb a rock or surf a wave.
