Designer and Researcher. In the Change Pilots, he is responsible for the research, analysis, and synthesis of information.

As a researcher, he is curious, he can listen to people's needs and conclude. He assumes that there is more than one correct answer, this is why he pays attention to the context and different points of view. As a designer, he believes in the idea of circular design and systems thinking. The fact that every element of reality is connected and interacts with each other is a great inspiration and a huge design challenge for him. As a graduate of Furniture Design at the University of Arts in Poznań, he appreciates the process, works with the material, and function. He gained experience in Poland and Taiwan. He likes to know things, he is passionate about systems thinking and swinging on a skateboard.
