Paulina Kaczmarek

Sustainable Development Manager at Danone. In 2021 she was named one of the TOP 25 sustainability leaders by Forbes Women Poland.

In her current role, she is in charge of “One Planet. One Health,” a strategy being implemented in 13 EU markets. Her main responsibility is to manage the shift to the circular economy, as well as to win B Corp certification for all Danone-brand companies.
Paulina advocates the introduction of a deposit-return system for beverage containers in Poland. She will be sitting on the jury of this year’s Food System Game Changes Lab organised by Ideo and EAT as part of the UN Food System Summit.
Previously, for over 10 years she worked for Deloitte and PwC as a sustainability consultant liaising with a host of leading Polish companies.
Paulina regularly practices forest bathing, experiencing the wilderness with all her senses.
